General Terms and Conditions
This document must be read in conjunction with the course-specific terms and conditions. Once an enrolment is accepted by ELTeach, the following conditions (as outlined in the Payment, Refund, Cancellation and Safety sections below) become legally binding. All trainees agree to be bound by the regulations, policies and procedures of ELTeach.
Payment of Fees
Course fees must be paid in full at least 21 days prior to the start of the course or immediately upon booking if less than 21 days prior to the start of the course. In the case where a Confirmation of Enrolment letter is required, we recommend that full fees are paid at the time of booking.
General Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Courses cancelled more than 21 days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund minus an administration charge of £20.
- Courses cancelled between 21 and 14 days prior to the start of the course will be charged 25% of the course fee.
- Courses cancelled between 14 and 7 days prior to the start of the course will be charged 50% of the course fee.
- Courses cancelled 7 days or fewer prior to the start of the course will receive no refund.
Cancellations must be received by us in writing (by post or email) within these timescales. No refund of fees will be made after the start of the course.
ELTeach reserves the right to cancel a course if there are insufficient students (minimum 6) registered on a course. In this case, an alternative course will be offered or a full refund will be given.
Code of Conduct and Safety
ELTeach is a very safe and caring environment for studying. To safeguard the health and safety of trainees and staff, we reserve the right to expel any trainee (e.g., in case of gross misconduct). In the event of such expulsion, no refund of fees will be made by ELTeach.
