Vanja Smoje-Glavaski has been living and working in Budapest, Hungary, for more than two decades. She holds an MA degree in English Language Teaching from the University of Belgrade, where she started her career as a teacher in 1997. She relocated to Hungary in 1999 and continued teaching, training and mentoring at several quality language schools such as Bell, International House and English Centre. She also worked as a literary translator from English into Serbian. After spending some time in the US with her family and acquiring her DELTA qualification in 2010 in Budapest, Vanja became a CELTA trainer in 2012 and has been working as a freelance teacher and trainer since then. In addition, Vanja has worked as a Cambridge Speaking Examiner and Euroexam Item Writer for many years. These days, she shares her time between Hungary, Croatia and France.
