Elena Malinovskaya, an experienced English educator residing in Riga, Latvia, has taught a wide range of learners, from young children to corporate professionals since 2005. With over a decade’s experience, she transitioned from teaching to teacher training and administrative roles like Young Learner coordinator and Director of Studies. Elena holds a Master’s degree in Linguistics and became a certified CELTA trainer in 2017. She’s also qualified to train teachers in the International House Certificate in Teaching Young Learners and Teenagers (IHCYLT). In addition, she is conducting training courses and workshops for teachers of English worldwide and is a co-author of national English coursebooks in Belarus tailored for secondary schools as well as preschool education.
